As an MSR II, youll be at the heart of our member experiencesupporting people through meaningful conversations, offering tailored financial solutions, and helping them reach their goals. Youll handle a variety of non-cash services like opening memberships, deposit accounts, RRSPs, and TFSAs, all while using your communication skills across phone, email, and chat.

Post-secondary education in Business is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have the ability to effectively use technology to integrate with other service delivery channels. One year experience in sales, customer service or a related field is required. If you know what makes Cornerstone Credit Union different and the products and services we provide, that's even better! *This position is considered part time (52.50 hours biweekly) for an anticipated term of 18 months, however, the actual length could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements.  Successful candidate must maintain the ability to work a combination of days and evenings, Monday through Saturday when required.
