Description

North Sask Victim Services Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides police-based services to Victim of Crime and Traumatic Events in the NSAD. This Director of Operations operates out of the NSVS Central Office located in La Ronge.  This position is accountable to the Executive Director and assumes organizational responsibilities in ED absence.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Finances and Budgeting
-Human Resources Management
-Policy and Team Development
-Supervision of Administrative Assistant
-Assist ED with board meetings

Qualifications:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
- Bookkeeping Experience and knowledge of SAGE 50 Accounting program
-Post Secondary Education/Related Experience
- Knowledge of administering group benefits and RRSPs
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
-Good Leadership and Communication Skills
