P. Machibroda Engineering Ltd. (PMEL) is a leading Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering consulting firm based in Saskatoon. Were looking for a Materials Testing Technician to join our dynamic team and support both field and laboratory testing operations.

What Youll Do:
-Conduct field density testing, concrete sampling, and strength testing.
-Perform laboratory analysis of soils (proctors, sieves, Atterberg limits, hydrometers, CBRs, moisture content, unit weights).
-Follow safe work practices and CCIL specifications where applicable.
-Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality test results to support engineering decisions.

What You Bring:
-Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or 1+ year of experience with Canadian soils (preferred but not required).
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
-Valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract.
-Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.

Location:
Saskatoon, SK  Field work may require travel within the province.
