Automotive Unlimited in Swift Current is currently seeking an additional experienced and highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the automotive industry, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask with ease. Key responsibilities will include greeting and assisting customers, answering calls, scheduling appointments, communicating with technicians, writing service orders, quoting jobs, explaining repairs, and arranging parts orders.

To be successful in this role, the applicant must be motivated to learn about our products and services to effectively advise customers. We are a busy and dynamic shop with a great team and an expanding business, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, solution-focused, and takes pride in their work.
