What You'll Do

As a Facility Operator, youll play a key role in ensuring the schools physical environment is welcoming, functional, and safe. Youll work closely with the principal, lead caretaker, and facilities team to plan and carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks and facility improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing HVAC operations and maintenance, including diagnosing and calibrating systems
Performing daily inspections of the buildings exterior and reporting required repairs
Completing minor equipment repairs and maintenance on cleaning machinery
Supporting grounds care, including snow removal, grass cutting, and litter control
Assisting with setup for school events, particularly in the gymnasium
Collaborating on long-term planning for building operations and safety
