Duties and responsibilities:
As a Literacy Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in promoting literacy initiatives and engaging diverse populations in reading and writing activities. You will work collaboratively with educators, community organizations, and families to create and implement programs that inspire a love for reading and improve literacy skills across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement engaging literacy programs and workshops tailored to various age groups and reading levels.
    Collaborate with schools, libraries, and community organizations to promote literacy events and initiatives.
    Provide training and resources for educators, parents, and volunteers to support literacy development.
    Conduct assessments to identify literacy needs within the community and tailor programs accordingly.
    Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages reading and writing among participants.
    Utilize data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
    Advocate for literacy initiatives within the community and raise awareness about the importance of literacy.
    Stay informed about current literacy research and best practices to continuously improve programming.
