Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee renovation & exterior siding projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage on-site personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Supervise operations on the various sites, ensuring all activities align with project goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and manage budgets.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities effectively.
Provide training and support to on-site staff, fostering a productive work environment.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, materials used, and labor hours.
Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project objectives.
Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality control throughout the construction process.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on project goals.
