As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our clients and service techniciansdelivering top-notch customer service, clear communication, and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities:

Listen & Assess: Understand customer concerns and accurately document issues

Verify Coverage: Check warranties/insurance and provide clear cost estimates

Communicate Clearly: Explain repair processes and draft detailed repair orders

Collaborate: Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for smooth service

Deliver Service Excellence: Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift 25-30 lbs

Good written and math skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality
