The Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor is primarily responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities, with additional support for employee engagement, offboarding, and People & Communications (P&C) administrative functions. The Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor actively integrates the P&C charter and operating model into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, delivering an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align to KSPCs strategic direction The additional responsibilities can be found on the company website.

-Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources.
-CPHR designation considered an asset.
-3-5 years of progressive general HR experience, with a focus in full-cycle recruitment preferred. Industrial or mining sector experience is considered an asset.
-Experience with inclusive hiring practices and candidate sourcing strategies.
-Comfort with data interpretation and reporting recruitment KPIs
-Experience in promoting the organization at career fairs, on social platforms, and through internal campaigns.
-Demonstrates strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to taking initiative and managing multiple priorities.
-Maintains strict confidentiality and ensures compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.
Employment is subject to successfully completing KSPCs pre-employment checks which may include criminal record check, education verification, functional fitness evaluation and drug and alcohol testing.
This is a term position extending to approximately June 30, 2026.
