Description

DyMark Industries specializes in the design, manufacture, finishing and erection of structural steel, miscellaneous metals & custom fabrication projects.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated leader for the position of Fabrication Supervisor-Evening Shift. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager, Fabrication Supervisors are responsible for overall supervision, coordination & direction of their assigned shift to maintain production schedules. The Fabrication Supervisor must ensure all safety policy & procedures are adhered to and quality control requirements are maintained, documented and quality standards are met.

Applicants will possess post-secondary education for Pre-Employment Welding and/or 4-6 years related experience or an equivalent combination thereof. Proven capacity to lead & coach people for maximum results is essential. CWB Welding Supervisor certification and transferable CWB-GMAW tickets would be beneficial. First Aid, WHMIS, overhead crane and forklift operation are assets.  Applicants must also possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license is also required. Please note that DyMark is engaged in work activities defined by OH&S Regulations as high hazard work. DyMark has a zero-tolerance policy for any employee that reports to work impaired.
