Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Project Sales Representative onsite/job site at our Home Centre location in Big River, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Collaborate with Home Centre Team Leaders in initiating, developing, and implementing plans, policies, and innovations that will ensure sales growth in multiple product categories.
Collaborate with leaders across our Home Centres to ensure timely fulfillment of project orders.
Support the day-to-day retail operations in the Big River Home Centre.
Achieve budgeted goals through pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory control in each product category.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with contractor, builders, and customers.
Conduct project consultations to determine customer needs and offer product and service solutions.
Prepare and present detailed and competitive quotes, material takeoffs, and project packages using estimating software and in-store tools.
Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building materials, home improvement trends, and building code requirements.
Assist with in-store merchandising and promotional campaigns related to project materials and services.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements.
