Description

Position: Site Coordinator
Location: Remote

Key Requirements:

In joining our team, you will be expected to:  

- Gain a full understanding of the Barga business model to comprehend the needs of our clients.
- Work with other co-ordinators to ensure consistent and constant communication.
- Post auction listings as assigned and seek additional information as required.
- Perform proficient internet research for auction postings as required to expand on the details and application of the lots to be sold.
- Email and/or telephone clients to complete postings and advise the necessary parties of the listing, and all related matters.
- Respond to and document all written and verbal inquiries on a timely basis with the ability to prioritize same.
- Follow up calls to all parties ensuring that company terms and conditions are met with quality control in mind.
- To shift to other duties, and pivot to focus on priorities as they arise.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
- Co-ordinate logistic requests.

+Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners
+Strong verbal and written communication skills with a +keen eye for email etiquette
+High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills
+Proficient in computer skills, including the ability to receive, convert, resize, and edit various photo formats for upload to the platform. Experience with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for team communication and file management is essential.
+Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently
+Bonus: Bilingual applicants will be considered a strong asset!
