Responsibilities include:
-understand and communicate with team member shift objectives
-help guests
-prepare guest orders
-follow all food safety standards and ensure that all team members are as well
-follow all health and safety standards mandated by OHS
-maintain logs and production sheets
-ensure that all cleaning is being properly completed
-assist guests with complaints or order inaccuracies
-ensure cohesiveness of shift and deal with interpersonal issues between team members
-communicate with Manager and Store Owners to ensure policies and equipment are maintained
