Temple Gardens Hotel and Spa is looking for a Part Time Certified Reflexologist who will be joining our amazing team in Spa.

Qualifications:

    Completion of a recognized Reflexology certification program
    Valid CPR and First Aid certification
    Strong communication skills
    Exceptional customer service abilities
    Positive and professional attitude
    Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Duties:

    Provide exceptional, high-quality professional spa treatments and outstanding customer service
    Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude toward guests, colleagues, and Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa
    Adhere to punctuality standards and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and appointments
    Comply with Sun Tree dress code and uphold a polished, professional appearance at all times
    Follow all customer service protocols and procedures related to client treatments
    Accurately complete and maintain detailed client history forms for each service provided
    Participate actively in all required product knowledge and service training sessions
