As a member of the Southland Coop team, you will provide outstanding service, information and product knowledge to customers visiting the meat department in the Assiniboia store. You will ensure proper meat preparation is to meat department standards; ensure that the frozen case, fresh case, smoked case and all spot and island merchandisers are filled and be responsibile for the receiving, inspecting and storage of merchandise. The successful candidate will have a positive, professional approach and attitude, a pleasant and out-going personality, training and knowledge of retail meat cutting experience is an asset. The ability to work a variety of shifts as well as physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing and kneeling is required.
