Under the direction of the Director of Care the LPN provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care in keeping with the philosophy and policies of the home.  An ability to communicate effectively with families and the health care team is required. This long term care facility is an Affiliate of the Saskatchewan Health Authority located in the City of Warman.
