Staff of the Regina Open Door Society (RODS) must at all times operate within the mandate of service to provide settlement and integration services to refugees and immigrants in Regina. Position Summary
The Manager Human Resouces is responsible for all aspects of human resource related activities for the Society throughout the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager is a key member of the management team and as such provides overall strategic advice and direction for all of the organizations human resource practices. The Manager directly supervises the position of Human Resource Assistant. This position holds accountability for all functional areas of human resources including employee compensation and benefits, employee and labour relations, learning and development, recruitment and retention, regulatory compliance.
