Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Office Clerk at our Administration Office location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the Accountant, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Provide member services, process payments, and respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Perform daily reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Process data and file associated records according to department standards.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
