We are hiring for a Principal at Connaught Elementary  School.  This is a Permanent Full-Time position commencing at the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

Candidates will be strong at building relationships with staff, students and their families and our community. Individuals will believe in the importance of having trauma-informed classrooms. Honouring Indigenous teachings and diversity to promote a culture of respect is important.  Living Sky School Division believes that school-based administrators play key roles in student success. Connaught Elementary is a  Pre-K to grade 3 school where inclusion matters and the needs of students are at the center of everything. We are a tight-knit place with a great deal of community spirit. We are looking for a committed and caring individual who believes he or she can really make a difference in a childs life. This person will demonstrate honesty, respect and integrity in his or her work with children, families and colleagues and must believe that every child has the ability to become great!  Connaught's enrolment is around 180 students and they have a professional staff of 14 and support staff of around 20.  

Applicants are required to possess a Masters Degree in Education or be committed to completing post-graduate studies in an applicable field.  Additionally, they must be eligible for or possess a valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate.
