Role Overview:
We're looking for a skilled, experienced Commercial Painting Foreman to lead projects for our Saskatoon team. The ideal candidate will oversee job sites, ensure project timelines are met, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise painting crews on various commercial projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
- Train and mentor junior painters.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial painting, including using paint sprayers, lifts, and other equipment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
