Description

The SPFA (Saskpolytech FACULTY ASSOCIATION) is a member services organization that serves nearly 1400 faculty and other members of the SPFA.  This position is one of four positions reporting to the SPFA Executive Council through the President.  This is a full time, permanent position.  
The role of the Associate Faulty (Labour) Relations Analyst is to support the membership through a variety of activities designed to ensure that members receive the highest quality of member services from the SPFA.
You will represent the SPFA at interviews, and provide research support to ensure services are of the highest quality and meet and exceed member expectation and create training materials, along with FAQ sheets to ensure members are informed.  You will be well versed in  interpretation of collective agreements, able to research applicable case law and legislation to best support members. As the world of employment responds to changes in the applicable employment law, you will be a change agent, able to pivot and respond as required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a labour environment, supported with a university degree.

This position may qualify to work remotely from a location in Saskatchewan.
