Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Cake Decorator at our Food Store location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Design and decorate cakes according to customer orders and Lake Country Co-operative standards.
Arrange and display decorated cakes in an attractive manner, both in the display cases and on special occasions.
Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
Manage time to fulfill customer orders promptly while maintaining the quality of work.
Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards.
Continually monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO).
Take cake orders and cake writing as required.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You have a flexible work schedule; weekend and evening work is required.
