The Saskatchewan Polytechnic Students' Association Inc. is a non-profit organization that represents the interests of the student membership at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
The SPSA Prince Albert Campus has an opening for an Administrative Coordinator. The position is permanent full-time, 40 hours/week, located in Prince Albert.
This individual will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Responding to front counter and telephone enquiries; used text book sales; transit sales; and all other general office duties.
- Coordinating, promoting and attending special events and activities.
- Maintaining inventory control, cash control, administration of special events.
The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate well and maintain effective working relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is engaging and energetic, can adapt to an ever-changing environment and thrives in a creative, and team orientated work space.
The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to manage sensitive, stressful or emotional situations respectfully and professionally. As well, a valid driver's license and vehicle are required. The minimum educational requirement is a diploma from a recognized Office Administration Program or equivalent education and experience.
