Description

The Victims Services Branch of the Ministry of Justice is seeking a skilled, ethical, and confident individual to work at the La Ronge Victim/Witness Services office to provide comprehensive clerical support.

Our candidate of choice will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen sense of detail. As administrative support, you will type correspondence, reports, and ministerial referrals; coordinate meetings as required; plan, schedule, and coordinate travel and logistics for meetings and other events; and photocopy and file documents. Accuracy and confidentiality in all that you do is a must in this position. Using exceptional client service skills, you will greet walk-in clients and telephone callers, providing them with accurate information in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

You must be a creative and principled individual who enjoys using your advanced administrative skills. As the successful candidate, you must have the demonstrated ability to use a wide variety of computer applications and related to office and administrative procedures and protocols, including the ability to interact with colleagues and challenging clients with diplomacy and integrity.
