La Loche Housing Authority has a seasonal opportunity for a self-motivated Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker to join the team for the busy summer months from June to September 2025.  

If you enjoy hands on work and working outdoors, this is the position for you!    

Responsibilities vary day to day and include mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning eaves, and some exterior and interior work, as assigned.  

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Minimum Grade 12, or equivalent.
Some groundskeeping experience, and basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and work amongst tenants and the public.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and meet deadlines.
A reliable vehicle and cell phone are required.


This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, seasonal position expected to start as soon as possible for a term through to September 2025.  Salary is $15.00 per hour.
