Position Overview:
Are you customer-focused and sales-driven? As a BDC Sales Representative, youll support multiple dealerships by building client pipelines and securing appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage dealership manifests and opportunity lists
Answer inbound sales calls
Make outbound calls to book appointments
Conduct CSI follow-ups and no-show rescheduling
Provide updates on special orders, recalls, and service reminders
Engage service customers for test drive opportunities
Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven sales or BDC experience
Automotive sales experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of automotive technology
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
