Position Overview:
Are you organized, service-driven, and enjoy helping customers? As a BDC Service Representative, you will support multiple dealerships in managing appointments, follow-ups, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage dealership manifests and opportunity lists
Handle inbound service/parts calls
Make outbound appointment and recall reminder calls
Follow up on missed appointments and no-shows
Provide updates on special-order parts and recall campaigns
Work the service drive to generate sales leads
Keep a clean, professional workspace
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
3+ years experience in service or parts BDC roles
Automotive Service/Parts certification or OEM training preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of automotive systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
