You will align & optimize sales support for the company & work closely with all depts to standardized processes & ensure excellence in customer service. Responsibilities
-Provide leadership for efficiency, customer satisfaction & financial performance
-Drive standardization/improvement of admin, inventory & settlements
-Monitor metrics, analyze trends, implement change
-Ensure consistent & accurate handling of finances
-Partner with all depts to optimize performance & sales strategies
-Leadership development, onboarding & training for all Admins
Requirements
-7+ yrs progressive leadership skills, manage cross-functional teams, complex projects
-Knowledge of ag equipment sales, inventory mgmt, finances
-Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
-High attention to detail, commitment to quality
-Proficient in MS office, business systems, financial platforms
-Post-secondary in Business, Ag, Finance, or related
-In-depth knowledge of JD systems, OEM relationships, dealership processes
-Positive attitude, empathetic
-Self-aware, high level of EQ
-Valid drivers licence, extensive travel, work flexible/extended hours
