Location: Saskatoon, SK
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Commission
Pay Range: $60,000$135,460/year + bonus/commission
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends required

Role Overview:
As Sales Manager, you'll lead the front-line sales process, oversee finance approvals, and motivate the sales team to exceed monthly targets. You'll also be the point of contact for lender relations, customer service excellence, and in-house deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach sales team to meet goals
Handle test drives, negotiations, and final approvals
Evaluate credit applications for prime/subprime financing
Liaise with lenders, negotiate terms, and collect stipulations
Walk customers through the finance process clearly and compliantly
Ensure accurate documentation and bank submissions
Follow up on leads, manage customer relationships
Promote the dealership via outbound calls and social media
Support internal deal structuring and in-house financing
Handle escalations and support daily admin needs
Qualifications:
5+ years in car sales (preferred)
3+ years in sales management (preferred)
4+ years in F&I sales (preferred)
Experience with Quorum (preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and finance skills
Proficiency with MS Office and automotive software
Valid drivers license (preferred)
Diploma or degree in finance/business is an asset
