Join our Team as a Family Therapist !

As a Family Therapist, you will provide essential in-home support, including crisis intervention, counseling, psychoeducation, and skill-building to help families thrive. Youll conduct assessments, create customized treatment plans, and deliver culturally responsive care centered on each familys strengths. This role includes 24/7 on-call support, ensuring families have access to care when they need it. Youll also collaborate with community agencies to implement recommendations that build resilience and healing. Our approach is inclusive, family-centered, and anti-oppressive, with training provided in our core Family Program model. Qualifications

Education and Certification
* Masters degree in social work or a related human services field.

Experience
* Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children, youth, and families and experience providing group and family counselling.
* Experience working independently with diverse populations.

Skills and Characteristics
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and support clients and colleagues.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.
* Proficiency in assessment, counseling, and service planning for individuals, couples, and families.
* Understanding of child development, parenting strategies, and diverse therapeutic models, especially around mental health, addiction, trauma, family reunification, and preservation.
* Familiarity with clinical assessment tools that evaluate family functioning and address specific needs.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships
