Are you passionate about ensuring compliance with zoning regulations and helping shape the citys development? The City of Regina is hiring a Zoning Compliance Officer to provide exceptional customer service, enforce zoning bylaws, and conduct inspections to ensure the city grows responsibly and sustainably.

In this dynamic role, you will review plans, conduct site inspections, provide technical advice to various stakeholders, and support the administration of development and occupancy permits. You'll collaborate with multiple civic departments, contractors, and the public, playing a key part in ensuring that all projects align with zoning bylaws.

What Were Looking For:

Knowledge of the City of Reginas Zoning Bylaw and related regulations

Strong understanding of construction and landscape design methods

Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

Excellent communication skills for writing reports and delivering presentations

Experience using software like AutoCAD and GIS for report preparation

A diploma or degree in architectural technology, planning, or development (or currently pursuing)
