Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Addictions Services, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the Clinical Addiction Recover Program (development, implementation, delivery and evaluation) including oversight of case management, counsellor supervision, training, staffing reviews, patient care and treatment plans.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience
- Two years recent (post-graduate) experience working in an Addiction Services.
- Previous experience leading and facilitating group activities
Education
- Degree in Addiction Counseling or another Degree acceptable to the Employer
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Competencies
- Capability to develop coalitions: build partnerships/networks to create results
Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and the community at large
- Knowledge of community resources including treatment programs & support agencies
- Knowledge in Mental Health and Addictions
- Ability to establish workload priorities
- Ability to multitask
- Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change
