Description

Position and Responsibilities
Performing predictive and preventative maintenance checks on a regular basis to ensure safe and reliable production.
Completing repairs and overhauls on equipment and piping systems on surface as well as performing basic welding, as required.
Troubleshooting equipment failures and document repairs.

Requirements of the position:
-Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
-Valid Saskatchewan or inter-provincial journeyperson industrial mechanic ticket
-Three to five years of industrial experience
-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
-Team player with good communication skills
-Excellent safety record
-Work a rotational schedule (including night shift) and commute to site by aircraft

Assets:
-Previous mill maintenance experience
-Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking using SAP
