Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and person-centred individual looking for an opportunity for a challenge.  This position is 3+ mos. and will allow you to see if this is a job for you.  May become permanent.  
  
The role may include but is not limited to:  overall operation of a 5 space group home.  You must be able to empower your team by working with them making decisions, offering guidance, and be able to step back while maintaining accountability.  Organizational skills and solid time management are key.  Must have knowledge of programming and its application but also be a part of the working team helping with personal care of participants, quality of life activities, cooking and general household chores. Must have Valid SK Drivers License.
    The successful candidate will act as a positive role model and build relationships with the participants.  Be able to create a caring   environment that meets social and emotional needs of the individuals we serve.  
    Schedule, replace, supervise and support all staff assigned to the home while building positive rapport with the team.
