Description

Supervisor and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the franchise pizza restaurant.
    Estimate the labor requirement and setup shift work schedules.
    Maintain inventory and records of pizza dough, sauce, toppings, supplies and equipment.
    Estimate food requirements and estimate food and labor costs.
    Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
    Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
