We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and overall dining experience
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budget control to meet financial goals
- Train and develop staff in all areas of the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance the restaurant's reputation
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Required Skills:
- Team management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Experience in the food industry
- Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques
