Redhead Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Administrator in our North Battleford branch.
This position provides support for our Parts department by performing administrative duties such as balancing internal accounts, entering and verifying orders and investigating invoice discrepancies and coding invoices. The Parts Administrator will also take lead responsibility for the Performance Accessory and Clothing (PAC) product line which includes floor plan management (transitioning from Summer to Winter and back), assisting customers and other duties assigned by the Parts Manager.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
*Strong organizational skills
*Knowledge of retail business practices with a focus on clothing
*Strong drive to provide exemplary customer service via telephone or in-person interactions
*Experience in administration support including invoicing, expense coding and inventory control
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
*Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to manage a large volume of paperwork with accuracy and efficiency
