We are a fast-growing CPA firm committed to delivering exceptional tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting services. As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our administrative and operational functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and team excellence.
Reporting directly to the ownership group, the General Manager will oversee internal financial reporting, human resources, client management, and workflow processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guiding large teams, managing internal procedures, and driving organizational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage administrative and support teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee internal financial reporting, including analyzing costs and supporting financial strategies.
Manage human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, and policy implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
Post-secondary degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in guiding large teams.
Proven experience in office management, financial reporting, and human resources within a professional services environment.
