Ready to make a difference in the lives and futures of others in the community?   Want to lend your energy to helping others reach their goals and the best possible outcomes?   If this is what motivates you, the Board of Directors of the Prince Albert Housing Authority (PAHA) is looking for you!    

The Board is recruiting a General Manager to oversee the operations and ensure successful delivery of social housing programs on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC).  Leading an experienced team of three direct reports with a staff complement of 30+ employees, the GM is accountable for the management of the capital assets, finance and administration, tenant services, HR, and provides leadership to the board with governance, planning, and building community partnerships.

PAHA has a portfolio of approximately 955 units comprised of affordable, family, and senior buildings and has an estimated operating budget of $5.5M.  The Board is looking for your in-depth analytical experience to identify operational improvements, ensuring alignment with SHC policy and directives to mitigate financial and operational risk.  You will use your leadership skills to further foster teams that work together to effectively deliver programs and services to the most vulnerable in the community, towards positive and successful tenancies.

The ideal candidate comes with a business, public administration, social sciences, or related degree supported with 10 years of senior management experience preferably in government, social and community services, or housing.  An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.  

PAHA offers an extensive employer paid benefits plan, government pension plan, and a salary range of $99,158 - $118,988.  

The position is located in Prince Albert and the successful candidate must reside in the community and have a valid SK Drivers License, a vehicle, and have an acceptable Enhanced Criminal Record Check.
