Description

The Touchwood Child & Family Service Inc, requires a  highly motivated individual for Finance Manager,  Under the direction of the Executive Director/Associate Director.

Qualifications
Technical Diploma or Business Administration Degree (MBA, BBA, or similar) is required
Extensive management experience
Advanced knowledge of the Child Welfare Act and high-level Administration experience required
Minimum of 4 years experience within a medium organization
Extensive experience and knowledge in dealing with accounting systems, budgets, internal controls, business planning, and asset management
Advanced proficiency with SAGE 300 accounting software and spreadsheet programs and applications
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, and execution skills
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments, key business partners, and government agencies
Experience creating and managing budgets
Combination of education and experience accepted.

Job Duties:
Produce and analyze financial information critical to our business interests
creating and presenting  financial reports to manger, Board of Directors regarding accounting data to enable knowledge-based decision making forecasts.
handle financial plans, policies, accounting practices, conduct relationships with funding institutions and the financial community
Maintain financial records and prepare financial records including monthly bank reconciliation
Analyzes financial information critical to TCFS Inc business interests
