Are you a responsible, customer-focused individual with a passion for serving your community? The City of Regina is looking for Transit Operators to join our team and provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation for our residents.

As a Transit Operator, youll drive city buses across diverse routes, assist passengers, and ensure safety and professionalism on every trip. This is more than just driving  it's about making a difference every day, helping people get where they need to go, safely and efficiently.

What Youll Do:
Operate transit vehicles with a strong focus on safety and customer service
Assist passengers with information and accessibility needs
Complete pre-trip inspections and report mechanical issues
Navigate traffic and challenging situations with confidence and care
Work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma (or GED)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Clean driving and work history
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
Strong knowledge of Reginas streets and geography is an asset
Must obtain a Class 2A Learners License before interview
