Description

As the Service Administrator, you'll be the central support in our busy Service Department, working closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Manager. You'll handle everything from customer service and repair orders to warranty claims and daily admin tasks.

Admin experience is a plus, but we're really looking for someone dependable, outgoing, and eager to learn. We're happy to train the right person who fits in with our team. If that's you, apply today! Core Responsibilities:
- Open and maintain work orders and estimates from start to finish.
- Maintain service department filing and records.
- Assist with general accounting tasks in the Service Department
- Collect payment from customers and assist with customer inquiries.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Take and deliver accurate messages.
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Be friendly and helpful in all interactions.

Skills & Abilities:
- Outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Above average communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage customer concerns professionally.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills (Typing, spreadsheets, and word processing)
- Strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Wage/Hours:
- Wage Based on qualifications and experience.
- Hours Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm with some additional hours required in busy season (Flexible).
