The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying and securing new clients and contracts. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the construction and technical services industry, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company services to individuals, businesses, and organizations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Set up meetings and site visits with potential clients.
Prepare and present proposals and service presentations.
Achieve sales targets and report regularly on performance.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community meetings.
Requirements:
