Job Description: Reporting to the Director, The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Head of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, University of Saskatchewan, and Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). The Office Manager will assist the department head in ensuring that appropriate financial and administrative procedures and practices are followed, in accordance with the University and SHA polices, to meet the multiple missions of medical education program delivery, research and scholarly work, and provision of clinical services by university faculty and community faculty of the department.
The Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of Rehabilitation Administrative Staff who support Physiatrists and the Rehabilitation Outpatients Program.

Experience
- Experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Five (5) years experience in an office environment
Education
- Office Education certificate
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
