Job Description: REPORTING TO THE REGIONAL MANAGER OF THERAPIES, THIS POSITION PROVIDES A CLINICAL ROLE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT AND IS CONCERNED WITH THE REHABILITATION OF INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES. THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST COMPLETES OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSESSMENTS AND TREATMENTS ACCORDING TO DEPARTMENTAL PROCEDURES AND ESTABLISHED STANDARDS OF PRACTICE AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MISSION STATEMENT, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PRINCE ALBERT PARKLAND HEALTH REGION.

Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

- Shellbrook is located approximately 45 km west of Prince Albert
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
- Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
