Description

Regina Housing provides social housing to those most in need in our community. We have an opening for a full-time permanent Tenant Services Associate.

Responsibilities

-Conducts annual rent reviews and all related activities including data entry and generating documents for tenants.
-Conducts rent reductions and all related activities including data entry and generating documents for tenants.
-Processes move out applications.
-Enters new leases and billing.
-Provides coverage for other Client Support positions as required.

Qualifications

-3-5 years administration and/or accounting experience required.
-Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of stakeholders including those from diverse range of cultures, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
-Demonstrated experience with computers including high proficiency in all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. -Experience with JD Edwards is considered an asset.
-Commitment to confidentiality and a respect for diversity and individual differences.
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize a large workload while managing competing interests and deadlines.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment and critical thinking skills.
-Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team setting.
-Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, problem solve, and work efficiently under tight timelines.
