Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects. Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into a CRM system.
Excellent selling and negotiation skills. Offering professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns.
Presentation skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze sales data. Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline.
Have knowledge or be able to develop knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office products, CRM programs and ERP systems.
Providing guidance on price competitiveness.
Provide and maintain competitive intelligence.
Participating in trade shows, training or associated product meetings when necessary.
Have a valid driver licence and clean drivers abstract.
Be willing to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month.
