Inside Sales Representative
Working directly with the Director of Sales:
Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner. Clear communication and active listening.
Excellent customer service; build rapport with customers.
Collecting customer information for future follow-ups. Ensuring all communication with new or existing customers is logged into a CRM system.
Ability to process information well. Ability to interpret and analyze sales data. Preparing and analyzing data to build a sales pipeline.
Must have the ability to develop strong product knowledge in both whole goods and replacement parts.
Making product recommendations. Ability to sell and promote price premium products.
Identifying sales opportunities. Actively seek and develop new customers and market categories.
Staying informed on and updating systems and marketing material with product and information updates.
Working knowledge of various technology and software programs. Experience with Office, ERP platforms and CRM software would be considered and asset.
Must have excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
