Description

Reporting to the Wholegoods Inventory Manager, the Inventory Analyst will be the lead to gather and report on key ETC inputs such as sales forecasts, order lead times, and historic data.

Duties & Responsibilities
*Provide and maintain key data sets that allow effective order allocation of inventory to Brandt regions and divisions.
*Accountable for analysis on stocking logic metrics and reporting of both overages and deficiencies to management teams of all dealerships.
*Will work directly with Brandt Operations and Sales teams on both forecasting and allocations of inventory.
*Provide new order configuration to Sales leadership for review and approval.
*Provide new order data to Brandt Finance teams for financial planning.
*Provide order data to regional Order Fulfillment coordinators, PDI teams, and Logistics group on new allocated orders.
*Maintain and develop Brandt ETC system.
*Maintain the manufacturers ETC systems for target stock and sales forecast data.
*Maintain the tracking and analysis tools used in asset configuration tracking.
*Provide guidance and communication to sales leadership and operations teams.
*Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
*The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
*Experience within the equipment industry, inventory management, ERP system maintenance or supply-chain is preferred.
*3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset.
