Description

Wheatland Regional Centre (WRC) is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and strategic leader to serve as our next Executive Director. WRC is a trusted organization committed to providing quality services and supports to individuals experiencing disability. Our goal is to create inclusive, person-centred environments where individuals can thrive with dignity, purpose, and opportunity.

As the Executive Director, you will lead the organization with a clear vision, strong financial stewardship, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and staff alike. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, operations, and advocacy efforts of Wheatland Regional Centre.

Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership and oversight of all programs, services, and operations
Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations and organizational policies
Foster strong relationships with community partners, funders, families, and stakeholders
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting with transparency and accountability
Lead, support, and mentor a dedicated staff team
Promote a positive, inclusive organizational culture aligned with WRC's mission and values
Represent WRC at community events, sector meetings, and government consultations

Qualifications
Proven leadership experience, preferably in a non-profit, disability services, or community-based organization
Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field (equivalent experience considered)
Strong understanding of person-centred supports and community inclusion
Knowledge of Saskatchewan's disability services sector and funding structures is an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and diverse teams
